Which disaster is bigger: Obama or the Gulf?

First of all, there's a Congressman from NC who needs a serious butt-whoopin'.  If it was my son who got manhandled by Bob Etheridge (D-NC), I'd be driving up to DC to call him out.  There's no excuse for his behavior and only one way to deal with it.  Hats off to the college student for not smashing those pretty dentures right down his throat!

There's a bigger mess than that sorry Congressman in DC and that's the Obama administration.  After 58 days, I think it's safe to say that Obama and his minnions have blown it big time.  If you watched his speech last night, you could see a man who looked like a battered and bloody boxer in the ring, swinging wildly and blindly but connecting with nothing.  The lies were so glaring and numerous, you could just feel the desperation.

Of course, we know why Obama lies so much; because he realizes enough of the electorate is poorly educated and ignorant enough to believe any smelly stuff he shovels.  We should relegate fossil fuels to the ash heap and switch to a "green energy" source with costs paid by middle class folks who are already taxed to the hilt?  Sounds good to a dunderhead who lines up outside Cobo Center in Detroit looking for some "Obama stash money"!

Bottom line is that Obama is nothing more than a shameless political opportunist who doesn't give two craps about the oil spill or the people suffering down there.  If he did care, the speech last night would have come FIFTY DAYS AGO!  Furthermore, he would not have brought up this stupid "cap and trade" energy tax scheme that he's been trying to shovel our way for 18 months and might have passed but for his obsession with ramming socialized healthcare down our throats!

The really sad thing is.... As bad as this oil spill seems to all Americans, it is merely the "calm before the storm".  When we finish suffering through FOUR YEARS of this sorry excuse for a president, the looming debt crisis, unfunded liabilities and massive loss in our dollar's value will bring the country to its knees.

Then we will wistfully remember the "good ole days", when an oil spill was all we had to worry about.
