In light of what the democRAT party has become in this country over the past few decades, I recommend a change to the military oath that I uttered during the summer of 1984. This was, of course when I was sworn in with the Naval Academy class of 1988. My, how it seems like yesterday.
When I was in the military, most of our enemies were foreign ones. It seems today that the enemies of freedom are inside our own borders. The majority of the oath stays the same with only one change near the beginning, here goes:
"I (state your name) do solemnly swear that I will support and defend the Constitution of the United States, against all enemies both foreign and democRAT..."
The original oath used to read "..against all enemies both foreign and DOMESTIC...."
This change to the military oath should be implemented immediately!
