You heard it here first, my lovely, intellectual, patriotic, hard charging Grassroots Troopers. I was all over the passing of Teddy "the swimmer, the drunken sot, the Cape Cod orca, Mr. Manslaughter" Kennedy at 2am. So go back and peruse the previous entry at your leisure. You'll see that I made the prediction of how the opportunistic leftist scumbags will now use Ted Kennedy's passing to gin up support for the "public option" (i.e. Obama-Care) on Capitol Hill.
But here's an important point I didn't mention that dovetails nicely with how I ended the piece. Leftists will say "Pass the public option in honor of Teddy Kennedy's legacy" but I say in rebuttal "DEFEAT the public option in honor of Mary Jo Kopechne."
If we don't defeat this socialized government monstrosity, we'll become victims of Ted Kennedy's legacy. Just like poor Mary Jo.
