Few things are more cowardly than undermining your own troops when they're overseas dodging bullets and IED's. We know Democrats rose to that task on an almost daily basis as they tried to hang defeat around the neck of George W. Bush. I believe it was Harry Reid, the Senate majority leader who declared the war lost on national television and got front page coverage by Al-Jazeera. Nice job you "mendacious pipsqueak".
But today we have more convincing proof (if we weren't already convinced beyond a shadow of a doubt) that today's Democrat party is a collection of cowards and it has to do with these town hall meetings. Democrats have announced that they will be conducting these forums by phone or satellite hook-up because the "mobs" pose a threat to their safety. Can you believe this? Typical conduct to be expected from a party that stood in lockstep behind a draft-dodger when he lied under oath.
Don't forget my favorite "Funny Democrat Slogan" which can be found along with many more slogans in my archives:
"Sure we're snobs, liars and cowards but above all, we're hypocrites first!" :-)~
Only funny because it's true folks!
Addendum: On an somewhat related note. Connecticut is home to one of the finest examples of my "Funny Democrat Slogan" listed above. Yes, I'm talking about that scoundrel who took sweetheart loans from Countrywide Financial, one Sen. Chris Dodd. He's being challenged in 2010 by a brilliant conservative intellectual named Peter Schiff. If you've not heard me promote Schiff in my previous blogs let me say that you would do well to learn from his wealth of knowledge on economics and investing. And if you'd like to learn more about his candidacy or perhaps make a donation to his campaign, here's the website link:
