There's no doubt in my mind that Obama Inc. has gone overboard with this latest "jihad" against members of the former Bush administration. Question is did they voluntarily jump or were they pushed? :-) Although the big dollar media punditry claim this is Obama's doing, I'm not so sure. Meat and Potatoes Loyalists will remember my column called "Dumbo the Puppet" where I opined that Obama (who looks like Dumbo with those radar dish-sized ears) is merely a puppet of the statists to include Nancy Pelosi, Harry Reid and George Soros. Let's face it, Obama is truly an "empty suit" with no real experience and no soul to speak of, besides one which favors a growing and ever more intrusive federal government.
So, based on my "Dumbo the Puppet" philosophy, it is logical to assume that Obama is being pushed by the hard left who are as hideous and as viscious as any creature on planet earth folks. I've said it before and I'll say it again, that the way these leftists use jealousy to cause hatred and division among members of our society is truly despicable. It is the clearest proof I can find of their hideousness as human beings and they deserve our united scorn.
So does it surprise any of us that the leftists, who enjoy what I've called a "Democrat Crazy Train" of almost unlimited political power, will try to string former Bush administration officials up from the highest yardarm? Of course not, in fact I've been expecting it! They dream of videotape showing Karl Rove and Dick Cheney doing a frogmarch in handcuffs with U.S. Marshals on each arm.
But here's what I believe folks. Their dream will quickly turn into a nightmare as this whole thing bubbles up and explodes right in their sorry faces. Even the most disconnected citizenry in our electorate can remember the scary, depressing days after 9/11 and how our eyes were filled with tears. People looked up and remarked how quiet the skies were without a plane anywhere to be found. Former Bush officials need to remind people that they were at the helm during those trying times and it could happen again if Obama and his ilk continue on this irresponsible path of behavior.
Dick Cheney was masterful the other night as he pounded home the hyprocrisy of Obama administration selective release of classified security documents. Keep in mind my Meat and Potatoes saying for liberal Democrats: "Sure we're snobs and liars but above all, we're HYPOCRITES first!" Cheney's point was this: If you are going to release details of what we'll do and won't do to captured terrorists, you might as well release ALL the details of what occurred. Don't only release the information necessary to perpetrate your hate-filled vendetta against the Bush administration.
American's will see through leftist hypocrisy and will develop a deep resentment as a result. Even those who aren't fond of President Bush, I do believe. But in order to attain a sufficient level of understanding and set the proper frame of reference, more Bush people must come forward and paint the picture. Where are you Andy Card (who whispered into the President's ear that morning)? Where are you Karen Hughes? Time is almost as valuable as money in the game of politics, we haven't a second to lose.
