The city ain't so full of "brotherly love" these days in Philly, what do they have left to tout? The cheesesteak perhaps. Or maybe it is their police force that is fouled by the stench of abusive and cowardly officers. Time to clean house up there Mister Nutter and be a leader.
Letting go of four officers isn't going to cut it, not by a long-shot! More heads need to roll and people need to be held accountable. Let's see how the "pigs" like being hauled out in handcuffs and have their heads smashed into the roof of a cruiser a few times. Maybe by making an example out of these losers, we can rid police departments of this scourge that infests a once honorable profession. Don't give me a bunch of malarky about how tough policing is and how it causes people to be this way. If you can't handle the heat, get the hell out of the profession and go sell shoes! If you're beating defenseless people up at work, there's a good chance you're going to beat-up your kids or even your wife, so go seek some help before it's too late.
Ok, rant over. I want to see local or maybe even federal charges against these cowards like we did in the Rodney King case when Stacey Koon and Lawrence Powell went up the river. Then the lawsuits can begin as well! Whether or not these suspects were guilty is of no relevance, they are American citizens and deserve due process. Not a beating to be delivered by THUGS who wear a police uniform and see fit to act as judge and jury. God help our society if we let people with such unlimited power, off the hook! Will it take snipers in the trees to exact necessary justice against such tyranny?
